Creating beautiful food that is innovating for a global palate with cuisines like Italian, Caribbean, Asian, Latin or simple American dishes. Our Catering style differ from others in that we create a customized menu with each of our Client's wishes from creativity to the types of cuisine itself. Whether a Wedding, Corporate Event, Public Event, Sweet 16 or Intimate, we cater to all.
At a young age, louis has been working in kitchens quickly gaining experience by some of the best chefs in NYC. Louis was exposed to the Catering world early on where he worked in the kitchen of Roma View Catering. After a few years, louis went to work at The Blue Water Grill, then worked at one of Danny Meyer's best restaurants, The Union Square Cafe in Manhattan NY. There, he honed his skills working with top chefs in town. Louis then received an offer, to become the Executive Chef of Esprit Events/ Village Crown Catering Co. where he gained experience working with extravagant weddings, Galas and NY's high-end events. Even Former Mayor Bloomberg enjoyed his meal having louis cater his large events 3 years in a row. Louis Also catered for some celebrities like John Legend, Whoopi Goldberg, Matisyahu, and Montel Williams. Today he is busy building his own Catering Company, where he strives to become one of the top Caterers in NYC.
Pastry Chef christine
Christine has been honing her skills since her teenage years. Whipping up desserts and decorating cakes for family and friends. Self taught, she managed to start her own cake business and was successful for years, she then decided to broaden her skills. She graduated with honors from The French Culinary Institute at The International Culinary Center in Soho NY. She later went to school in Toronto Canada at the Bonnie Gordon College Of Confectionary Arts and received her Designer Cakes Certificate. Christine went on to work at Esprit Events Catering as the Head Pastry Chef, there, she gained experience in the catering world. Currently, she is hard at work collaborating with her husband Chef Louis with The Urban Gourmet Delicatessen and the Louis Culinary Services Catering Company. Still Passionate at what she does, you'll find her happily baking her desserts at the shop.
